Hi there!

I’m Jill—a proud mom of two amazing boys, a wife of 28 years to my steadfast husband, and a girl who’s juggling the joyful chaos of raising 16 chickens and two dogs. Life is full, and I wouldn’t change a thing!

My journey took a significant turn when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010. After surgery, I thought my health challenges were behind me. However, in 2020, I faced a second diagnosis, which prompted me to take a deeper look at how I was caring for my body and well-being.

This led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I graduated as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) in November 2021. I initially opened my practice and worked one-on-one with clients, but I took a step back to refine my approach and ensure my practice aligned with my vision. In 2024, I graduated from IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) with advanced education in hormone health. That’s where my passion really lies!

Now, I’m back, better equipped and more passionate than ever about guiding women on their health journeys. My goal is to empower women to take control of their health, just as I have, and to live vibrant, balanced lives.

With wholehearted care, Jill
