“Every woman has unique issues, and that requires a unique approach to fix them.”
Jill Blair, NTP
Welcome!
I'm thrilled you're here and I hope you're feeling motivated and ready to take charge of your health—because you absolutely deserve it. I can't wait to hear your story and explain why Nutritional Therapy may be the missing piece in your healing journey.
Nutritional Therapy takes time to show results. This isn’t a quick-fix solution. So if you are looking for that, we may not be a good fit. You’ve likely tried alls sorts of those quick fixes and realized that, although they may work at first, they don’t work for long. Dysfunction doesn’t develop overnight, and it can’t be fixed overnight either. Nutritional Therapy is a big commitment and an investment in your health. Now, the “work” doesn’t seem difficult on paper, BUT it sometimes can feel overwhelming . My promise to you, if you are willing to put in the work, is to work alongside you so that you CAN achieve optimal hormonal balance and health!
So what is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a bio-individual approach to health. We are all different with different body make ups so what may work for me may not work for you! This is why I will tailor your protocol to what YOU may need.
At the NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association), they believe that good health can be achieved by focusing on six foundations of health:
A nutrient dense diet
Proper Digestion
Blood sugar regulation
Mineral balance
Hydration
Fatty Acids
I‘m intrigued! What’s the next step?
The first step is to book a FREE 15-minute discovery call. This call provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. It allows you to share your health goals, while I explain what Nutritional Therapy entails and how it might be the missing piece you’ve been looking for. By the end, you'll have the information needed to decide if this approach aligns with your needs.
There are no strings attached—this call is simply a chance to explore your options. However, achieving your health goals requires your commitment; I can guide you, but I can't do the work for you. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, that's perfectly okay—no hard feelings!

I’m Committed! Let’s GO!
I’m so excited to walk alongside you on your journey to feeling better.
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive important onboarding information the same day. This includes several forms that must be completed before I begin reviewing your case and building your personalized protocol. There's quite a bit of work I do behind the scenes before we meet, so I appreciate you completing everything as soon as possible.
You will receive:
A comprehensive symptom-based assessment. This questionnaire covers a wide range of symptoms and takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. It generates a detailed report that helps identify which body systems are under stress and where you may be experiencing nutritional or functional imbalances.
A 3–5 day food and mood journal. You’ll track what you eat and drink, how you’re feeling physically and emotionally, any digestive symptoms, and your sleep/wake cycles. This gives me valuable insight into your day-to-day patterns and helps connect the dots between lifestyle and how you're feeling.
An in-depth health history form. This is similar to what you'd fill out at a doctor's office but goes much deeper. It allows me to understand your background, past interventions, and how your symptoms may have developed over time.
A waiver form to acknowledge the nature of the work we’ll be doing together.
Once I receive all of your completed materials, I’ll begin reviewing your health history and assessment results to map out patterns of dysfunction and areas needing support. From there, we’ll schedule your first in-depth consultation, which typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. During this session, we’ll go over your results together, discuss contributing factors, and lay the groundwork for your wellness plan.
This work is about getting to the root cause—not quick fixes. I won’t overwhelm you with a long checklist of things to change right away. Instead, we’ll start with a realistic, step-by-step plan that fits your lifestyle and builds confidence.
After our first session, you’ll follow your protocol for four weeks. Then, we’ll have a follow-up to evaluate your progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust the plan as needed. From there, you’re welcome to continue with check-ins weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—whatever feels best for you.
You’ll also have access to me through our secure client portal, where you can send questions anytime. I do my best to respond within 24 hours.
Most clients begin to notice meaningful changes around the three-month mark, as consistency is key to this process. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to feel your best—and to help you create lasting change you can sustain without relying on me long term (though I’ll always be here when you need support).
