Your Initial Assessment – $300 includes:

• In-depth review of your health story
  I’ll carefully study your completed questionnaire, intake sheet, and food + mood journal. This is where I spend significant time behind the scenes—looking for patterns, connections, and hidden clues that may explain why you’re feeling the way you do.

• A fully customized, bio-individual protocol
  No cookie-cutter plans here. You’ll receive a wellness roadmap created specifically for your body’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

• A comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation
  During our time together in the office, we’ll walk through your results, discuss the “why” behind my recommendations, and make sure you leave feeling empowered, clear, and supported.

• Ongoing access & support
  You’ll have direct access to me through a secure client portal, where you can ask questions anytime. I respond personally within 24 hours, so you’ll never feel alone on your wellness journey.

• Exclusive savings
  You’ll also receive access to professional-grade supplements at a discounted rate through my Fullscript account (only if needed).

⚠️ Please Note: Because of the extensive time I invest in reviewing your paperwork and preparing your protocol, payment for the Initial Assessment is required before I begin reviewing any forms.

Follow-Up Appointments – $100

Your follow-up visits are designed to keep you moving forward with confidence and clarity. Each session includes:

• 45 minute in-office consultation
  We’ll sit down together to review your progress, celebrate your wins, and address any challenges that may have come up.

• Protocol adjustments as needed
  Whether it’s fine-tuning your current plan or adding on new layers when you’re ready, we’ll make sure your protocol continues to meet your body’s changing needs.

• Ongoing encouragement & guidance
  Think of this as your check-in to stay on track, ask questions, and feel supported every step of the way.
